By taking delivery of the products at our location, you are ratifying the credit card charge made by you in connection with your order reservation. In addition, you are agreeing that the products will not be transported, stored, used, sold, or otherwise disposed of, in violation of any law, statute, regulation or ordinance. This merchandise is sold on the condition that the seller (Pyroland Fireworks) and all of its agents shall not be liable in any civil action for any accident, injury, incident, or any losses of any kind occasioned during the transportation, handling, possession, sale, storage, or use of these products.
